Harry Kane marked his 100th Bundesliga appearance with a goal, and Luis Diaz grabbed a hat trick as Bayern Munich crushed RB Leipzig 6-1 to move to the top of the table.

Vincent Kompany’s men went into the match following frustrating draws with Augsburg in the Bundesliga and Norwegian club Viking in the Champions League, results that had raised doubts over their defensive solidity.
Yet after conceding four points across their first five league fixtures—matching the total they surrendered in their opening 17 games last season—the reigning Bundesliga champions rediscovered their irresistible form in a dominant display against Leipzig.
In 12 minutes, Diaz latched onto a clever Joshua Kimmich pass and beat Leipzig goalkeeper Maarten Vandevoordt, then the Colombian turned creator to set up Pavlovic for a drilled finish at the near post.
Olise rounded off the first-half rout by striking into the bottom corner following a one-two with Harry Kane, who had dropped deep to open up space.
The interval brought only brief relief for a ragged Leipzig, as 95 seconds into the second half Diaz curled the ball into the far bottom corner for his second goal of the night.
Kane then celebrated his 100th Bundesliga appearance with his 102nd goal in the competition, tapping home from Nathaniel Brown’s cut-back.
With 20 minutes remaining, Diaz completed a superb hat-trick by firing a right-footed rocket into the bottom corner from the edge of the area.
