The Lagos State Government has announced plans for the diversion of traffic due to  the reconstruction of Thomas Ajufo, inwards Sheraton Link Bridge axis will last for four weeks. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has apprehended two wanted drug barons after weeks of intelligence-led operations across the country and beyond. The drug lords, Hakeem Babatunde Salami, the arrowhead of the “Tajudeen Babatunde Abioye Transnational Criminal Organization,” and Okafor Ikechukwu Williams, were detained on October 5 and 10, according to an NDLEA statement issued on Sunday. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has disclosed that the air components of operations Hadin Kai and Hadarin Daji have eliminated scores of terrorists in the stream of air strikes in their enclaves in Borno State.
