Nollywood actor Prince Eke has stated that the medical situation of his colleague John Okafor popularly called Mr Ibu may be more spiritual than physical. The founder of Christ High Commission Church, Araromi-Ugbesi in Omuo-Oke, Ekiti State, Noah Abraham, has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and holding hostage his church members’ children. The pastor was arrested by the Ekiti State Police Command in collaboration with the National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, NAPTIP, for the alleged kidnapping of over nine persons, including minors, and impregnating the wife of his choir coordinator. David Cameron, the new Foreign Secretary, paid his first business visit to Ukraine, meeting President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv. Nigeria has recorded its tenth straight rise in the inflation rate of foodstuffs to a new high of 27.33% for the month of October, as analysts predict further climbs in the months ahead. The current statistic reflects a 0.61 percentage point year-on-year (YoY) increase over the September figure of 26.72%.
