Ghana has fired coach Chris Hughton following their group-stage exit from the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).  The Black Stars finished with two points in Group B and drew 2-2 with Egypt and Mozambique after losing 2-1 to Cape Verde in their first match.
