The governorship election in Kebbi was declared “inconclusive” by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Monday. A strong earthquake shook a coastal region of Ecuador and northern Peru on Saturday, killing at least 14 people and causing structural damage to numerous homes, schools, and medical centers.
