The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s Lagos Zonal Command has initiated extradition proceedings against three suspects, Samson Ogoshi, his brother, Samuel, and Ezekiel Ejemeh, at the Federal High Court, Abuja judicial division, for exploitation of a minor and production of child pornography. On December 1, 2022, the Ogoshis and Ejemeh were indicted in a United States Federal Court on counts of exploitation of juveniles and creation of child pornography resulting in death, conspiracy to distribute child pornography, and conspiracy to commit online stalking.
