A French inquiry into the security fiasco at the UEFA Champions League final in May has found it was caused by a litany of administrative errors and failings rather than Liverpool fans. Kalidou Koulibaly will arrive London on Wednesday to undergo his medical at Chelsea after a £33million fee was agreed with Napoli for the Senegalese international. Chelsea have confirmed the signing of England forward Raheem Sterling from Manchester City in a £50m deal. The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has warned against the use of a cosmetic product, YW Cosmetics Glycolic Acid containing 70 per cent acidic content. The warning was contained in a public alert with No. 032/2022, signed by the Director-General of the agency, Prof. Moji Adeyeye, on Tuesday ìn Abuja. President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has fled Sri Lanka on a military jet, amid mass protests over its economic crisis. The country’s air force confirmed the 73-year-old flew to the Maldives with his wife and two security officials.
