Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state has sued the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), its presidential candidate for 2023 elections, Atiku Abubakar and Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto state over the conduct of the presidential primary held between May 28 and May 29, 2022. Wike is also urging the court to declare him as the rightful presidential candidate of the opposition party.
