National Security Adviser (NSA), Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno (retd.) says Nigeria recorded 52 political violence across 22 states from Oct. 8 to Nov. 9. A US regulator says it is watching events at Twitter with “deep concern” after the platform’s top privacy and compliance officers reportedly quit.
