Old naira notes will be available across Nigeria by Friday, 24 March, a source in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) told Chronicle NG on Wednesday. The source noted that the apex bank has directed all Deposit Money Banks to collect the old notes that were banked with the CBN. The banks are expected to immediately disburse these monies to the public to bring relief across the country. TD Bank in Canada has made at least one refund to at least one victim of the OBA Global eCommerce scam, Chronicle NG reports.
