The Jigawa government says it has spent N500 million on the provision of improved latrines in schools, hospitals, markets and motor parks across the state. This was made known by the Commissioner for Water Resources, Alhaji Ibrahim Hannungiwa, on Wednesday in Dutse. Uganda said Thursday it has captured the head of a militia squad blamed for the murder of two honeymooning foreign tourists and their local guide in a national park last month.
