The Kaduna State Police Command says its operatives have arrested a suspected rustler and recovered 90 livestock on Saturday. The command’s public relations officer, ASP Mansir Hassan, disclosed this to journalists on Sunday in Kaduna. Nigerians groan as inflation rate surges to 34.19% in June
