Oladapo Aborowa lauds NSCDC as champions of national security, public safety

A Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) official identified as Sunday Dade, reportedly shot dead an operative of Department of State Services (DSS) named Seyi Adebowale in Osun State. The Ekiti State Police Command has launched an investigation into the death of a policeman attached to Aramoko Division after he was crushed by a vehicle on his way to work. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 160 confirmed new coronavirus cases in the country on Saturday. The 160 cases announced by the Centre for Disease Control takes the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 59,287. The NCDC also announced the discharge of 125 patients from isolation centers across the country with one new death reported.
