Manchester United have completed the signing of former PSG striker Edinson Cavani on a free transfer. The Uruguay international joins on a one-year contract with the option to extend for a further year. Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has said he will not challenge the outcome of the September 19 governorship polls.
