A court-martial has found a soldier, Azunna Maduabuchi guilty of murder. The trooper has now been sentenced to death by firing squad for killing the adjutant of his unit, one Lieutenant Babakaka Ngorgi. New York state governor, Andrew M. Cuomo today announced a proposal to legalize and create a comprehensive system to oversee and regulate cannabis in New York as part of the 2021 State of the State.
