Arewa youths to protest relocation of FAAN, CBN offices to Lagos

A chieftain of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Alhaji Mohammed Sani Soba, has been confirmed dead after he collapsed in the head office of the northern association. Alhaji Soba was a retired permanent secretary from the services of the Kaduna state government. The unfortunate incident was confirmed by the National Publicity Secretary of the ACF, Emmanuel Yawe in a statement on Monday night. Gunmen kill Bolt driver in Bayelsa

At least four persons have been confirmed dead after an attack by Fulani herdsmen at Renwienku village of Miango District in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau state. Reports say that the victims who were all male, were slaughtered in the early hours of Monday morning. The incident was confirmed by the President of Irigwe Development Association, Mr Robert Ashi Dodo. A 22-year-old member of the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC), Arnold Maniru has been apprehended by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for shipping in over 4kg of laced candies from the United Kingdom.
