The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has confirmed the death of 13 persons in a ghastly auto accident on Malumfashi-Dabai road in Kafur Local Government Area of Katsina State. Abdu Bagadawa, the FRSC Sector Commander, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Katsina that the accident occurred at Unguwar-Iliya village at about 7 a.m on Tuesday. On Tuesday, a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory has granted bail to a judge of the Federal High Court, with a bond of N50 million. Adeniyi Ademola was granted bail by Justice Jude Okeke and his wife, Olubowale, also got the same relief. On Tuesday, the US government has issued financial sanctions on two government officials in the Democratic Republic of Congo, accusing them of muzzling the opposition. The Chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB, Sam Saba, has called on all Ministers, service chiefs, government officials and civil servants to declare their assets or risk prosecution at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.
