Ikeja Electric Plc (IKEDC) has announced an eight week blackout for some customers in specific areas in Lagos state. The electrical company said areas under its operational network will experience outages for eight weeks to enable the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) to re-conduct its 132KV lines. Mr. Olajide Kumapayi, Chief Technical Officer, Ikeja Electric, made the announcement at a news briefing on Monday in Ikeja.
