A 45-year-old Carpenter, Waheed Tiamiyu, on Thursday prayed an Igando Customary Court sitting in Lagos to dissolve his 13-year-old marriage to his wife, Bukola over alleged infidelity and suicide threats. A Gudu Upper Area Court on Thursday sentenced a 27-year-old Mechanic, Osama Mohammed to four months in prison for attempted car theft. Mohammed of Masaka, Nasarawa State was convicted for ‎attempting to commit an offence of car theft and being in possession of a master key. The prosecution counsel in the ongoing trial of Charles Okah, alleged mastermind of the October 1, 2010 bomb blast, has explained the reason for the dismissal of treason charges against the defendants.
