Brigadier General Paul Boroh (rtd), Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta/Coordinator, Presidential Amnesty Office, says beneficiaries on the offshore programme have been paid their school fees, upkeep and other allowances. Boroh disclosed this in a statement by the Director of Information, Amnesty Office, Mr Charles Dafe, on Saturday in Abuja. While debunking the allegations that the Nigerian Government owed some amnesty beneficiaries abroad their entitlements, he said that 90 per cent of the beneficiaries would graduate in December. Enugu State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of three persons in connection with minor explosion which occurred on Saturday, about 400 metres away from a polling station at Coal Camp, in the Enugu metropolis.
