Texas church gunman Devin Kelley was armed with three guns and had argued with his mother-in-law before the rampage, officials say. The attack on the small church outside San Antonio during Sunday services left 26 people dead and 20 injured. Kelley called his father after he was shot by an armed bystander and said he did not think he would survive. He was not legally permitted to own the weapons, which included a semi-automatic rifle and two handguns. A drug dealer has been jailed after trying to fly drugs and mobile phones into HMP Pentonville with a drone. Charlie Adifiyi, 21, from Islington, attached 118 grams of cannabis, 71.7 grams of another psychoactive substance and two mobile phones to a drone before trying to send it over the prison wall. But it was intercepted by plain-clothed officers working on Operation Airborne, a unit dedicated to reducing the number of drones getting into the prison, and Adifiyi’s DNA was found on the device. Nigeria’s vice president, Prof Yemi Osinbajo has stated that Lagos state alone generates more revenue than 31 states put together. A woman pictured raising her middle finger toward US President Donald Trump’s motorcade has reportedly been fired from her job over the photograph. The image went viral after it was taken on 28 October in Virginia, close to a Trump golf resort. The President of the Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki, says Nigeria has lost about N127 billion to cybercrime. He made this known at Nigeria’s first Legislative Stakeholders Conference on ICT and Cyber security on Monday in Abuja. Italian prosecutors are investigating the deaths of 26 Nigerian women, most of them teenagers whose bodies were recovered at sea, BBC has reported. There are suspicions that they may have been sexually abused and murdered as they attempted to cross the Mediterranean. Five migrants are being questioned in the southern port of Salerno. President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe on Monday fired Emmerson Mnangagwa as vice president, Information Minister Simon Moyo said. Mnangagwa, a 75-year-old former intelligence chief, has been heavily-criticised by supporters of Mugabe’s wife, Grace, who has also been touted as a potential successor to her husband.
