The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr Ibe Kachikwu, says there is no permanent solution to the fuel crisis in Nigeria, unless the Federal Government revamps its refineries. The Nigerian army said on Thursday it rescued one of the kidnapped Chibok girls amid a wave of deadly Boko Haram kidnappings and bombings rocking the country’s northeast.
