Nigerian Police Force have confirmed a suicide attack in northern Nigeria that killed at least three persons and injured many. The Police say a suicide bomber riding a bicycle with explosive devices strapped to his body killed three people when he detonated himself in a crowded suburb of Nigeria’s northeast city of Maiduguri. The Ikeja High Court, Lagos, has thrown away N150 million damages and a no-case submission filed by Mr Rickey Tarfa. Tarfa is being tried for obstruction and perverting the course of justice. UNICEF estimates that 25 million child marriages have been prevented in the past decade. One in five girls are now married before they are 18, compared with one in four a decade ago.
