A 56-year-old man, Tajudeen Lateef, on Thursday appeared in an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for allegedly breaking into a food vendor’s shop and stealing pot of soup, and N10,000. Lateef, who resides at Atan near Ota in Ogun, is being tried for stealing. He, however, pleaded not guilty. But the Police Prosecutor, Sgt. The Lagos State Government on Wednesday said all hands are on deck to complete the largest rice mill in Sub-Saharan Africa currently ongoing in Imota Local Council Development Area of the State within the first quarter of 2019. A woman has been stoned to death in Somalia after a court run by al-Shabab convicted her of having several husbands, the militant group says. Shukri Abdullahi Warsame was accused of marrying 11 times, without divorcing her previous husbands.
