The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Hajiya Zainab Ahmed says the Federal Government has resolved to recover N614 billion loan facility from 35 states of the federation. The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) on Thursday, sealed a gas plant located at Gas line road in Magboro, Ogun, for allegedly operating illegally. A man has landed himself in trouble after stealing a plasma TV from a hotel in Makurdi, Benue State, north central Nigeria, where he had lodged. The young man was caught with the Plasma TV placed in a trolley bag after the hotel’s security insisted on running a check. California police say a hotel worker may have prevented a mass shooting after the worker reported that a disgruntled colleague had threatened to shoot staff and guests. A yet to be identified man has allegedly flogged his daughter to death in Akure, Ondo State, Southwest Nigeria. The girl, which reports say was less than 10 years old died on August 21 before she was brought to the hospital.
