The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, yesterday, said it has signed a Funding and Technical Services Agreement with CMES-OMS Petroleum Development Company, CPDC, for a $875.75 million alternative financing deal for the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, NPDC-operated Oil Mining Lease, OML, 65. The Nigerian Army Theatre Command of Operation Lafiya Dole (OPLD) has urged Nigerian operating around the North East region of the country to carry valid identifications. The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) says it will begin full rehabilitation of the nations three refineries by January 2020. The nation’s refineries are located in Port Harcourt, Warri and Kaduna.
