The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in Kogi governorship election, Mr Musa Wada has rejected results so far released by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on the election. Addressing newsmen in Lokoja on Sunday, Wada said that the results were doctored to favour Governor Yahaya Bello of APC. NAFDAC staff begins indefinite strike over welfare issues, others

National Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) says it has sealed 22 bakeries and 25 “sachet water” factories during routine inspection in Maiduguri. UPS cargo plane crash kills seven in Kentucky

An Air Namibia plane collided with a Korean Air jet after landing at Frankfurt airport on Saturday evening, officials said, adding that no one was injured. Both aircraft were damaged in what Air Namibia on Sunday called “a minor accident”. A spokeswoman for Frankfurt airport said the incident happened at around 6:00 pm (1700 GMT) on Saturday.
