The Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) has released the preliminary report on serious incident involving a Boeing 737-500 aircraft owned and operated by Med-View Airline. The General Manager, Public Affairs, AIB, Mr Tunde Oketunbi, disclosed this in a statement in Lagos on Sunday. The mother who lost two children and her husband when they drowned in a Costa del Sol swimming pool is set to take legal action against the hotel where they died. Olubunmi Diya, 49, insisted that ‘something must have been wrong with the pool’ that ‘made swimming difficult’ as she challenged the claim that her husband Gabriel, 52, and children Comfort, nine, and Praise-Emmanuel, 16, were unable to swim. The Kano State Task Force on Fake and Counterfeit Drugs has impounded two trucks loaded with fake and expired drugs, a statement from the health ministry said on Saturday. The statement signed by Malam Ismail Gwammaja, Public Relations Officer of the ministry, said that the Chairman of the task force and Commissioner for Health, Dr Aminu Tsanyawa, led the hunt for the trucks on receiving an information about them.
