The Ogun Police Command says Kazeem Tiyamiyu, a footballer who was killed on Saturday was knocked down by a hit-and -run driver and not by a policeman as widely reported. The state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, made this known in a statement made available to NAN on Sunday in Abeokuta. The Anambra State Government on Saturday, said plans were underway to commence the deployment of drug drone technology service delivery in hard-to-reach communities across the state.
