A Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), King of Kings parish in Maidan village of Ikosi, Ketu Local government area of Lagos state, has been reportedly killed by unknown gunmen.
According to reports, the Pastor Bolanle Ibrahim was gunned down by the hoodlums during a child dedication service. The assailants came in with a picture of the clergyman to identify him before he was killed.
The incident was confirmed by the pastor’s aunt who confirmed the assassination to newsmen.
“Before they killed him, they showed him his picture to identify if he was actually the right person they came for. His death was an unfortunate one, we have lost a gentleman. It was true we were born as Muslims, but we converted to Christianity. My thinking is that my brother had a business transaction with someone”. She said.
