Trump vows largest deportation in history if re-elected

Former US President Donald Trump has stated that if re-elected, his administration will work with Texas Governor Greg Abbott and other border states to stop the invasion of illegal immigrants, seal the border, and launch the largest domestic deportation operation in history.

According to him, those President Joe Biden has allowed into the country should not relax since they will be returning home.

Trump made this clear in a statement posted on his Facebook page on Friday.

He is currently running for president of the United States for the second time, against Biden and other political competitors.

Trump said that Biden is helping millions of illegal immigrants enter the nation.

He further alleged that Biden is attempting to tie Governor Abbott and the State of Texas’ hands, allowing the invasion of illegal aliens to continue unabated.

The former president stated that in the face of this National Security, Public Safety, and Public Health catastrophe, Texas has correctly invoked the Constitution’s Invasion Clause and deserves complete support to oppose the invasion.

Trump’s statement reads, “When I became President, on Day One, instead of fighting Texas, I will work hand in hand with Governor Abbott and other border states to stop the invasion, seal the border, and rapidly begin the largest domestic deportation operation in history.

”Those Biden has let in should not get comfortable because they will be going home.

“When I was president, we had the most secure border in history. Joe Biden has surrendered our border and is aiding and abetting a massive invasion of millions of illegal migrants into the United States.

“We encourage all willing states to deploy their guards to Texas to prevent the entry of illegals and to remove them back across the border.

“All Americans should support the commonsense measures by Texas authorities to protect the safety, security, and sovereignty of Texas and of the American people.”

As president, Trump issued a travel restriction on citizens of many Muslim-majority countries, diverted military funding to build a wall along the US-Mexico border, and established a policy of family separation for migrants apprehended at the US border.

Trump is the first American president to have been impeached twice.

He was impeached by the House of Representatives for abuse of authority and obstruction of Congress, but was acquitted by the Senate in February 2020.

The House impeached him again in January 2021 for inciting an insurrection, but the Senate acquitted him in February.
