Tife Balogun, the 14-year-old son of Afrobeats star Wizkid, has officially entered the music scene with his debut EP, “Champion’s Arrival.”

In a video posted on his Instagram page on Tuesday, the 14-year-old announced, “The Champion has arrived.” “My debut EP, ‘Champion’s Arrival,’ is now available on all platforms.”

The post has since received over 45,000 likes and 4,000 comments, with fans applauding his musical debut.

On October 28, Tife, the first son of Wizkid and his former partner, Shola Ogudu, teased the project by sharing a short video on Instagram with the caption, “Champion’s Arrival.” Videographer: DIKASTUDIOS. Producer: iamhosana_.”

In the teaser, the young artist delivered lyrics that many described as confident and daring, saying, “Shoutout to the OGs in the game, but it’s time to pass the baton,” and “I’ve got zero competition.”

Shola, Tife’s mother, also expressed satisfaction in her son’s accomplishment, writing, “Super proud of you, son! We give God all the glory,” she wrote, linking to the EP in her Instagram account.

The five-track project—Champion Montana, Grind, Superstar, Champion Sound, and Champion—is available on major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Audiomack, YouTube Music, Apple Music, and Deezer.
