She subsequently went to the police station with them, on getting there, they filed no complaint against her, instead they left her without filing a report.

According to the woman, the incident happened around 11 am. She said she was asked to go home because the Divisional Crime Officer (DCO) would not resume to work before 6pm.

She said she had to wait over seven hours for the DCO. On arriving at work, the DCO dismissed her complaint and referred her to one of the policemen who had earlier referred her to the PoS operator.

Eventually, she was asked to pay N10,000 which she did pay because she did not want her car sleeping at the police station.

She said there were many of them at the station who were asked to pay N10,000 each.
