    Tems to perform at maiden halftime show of 2025 FIFA Club World Cup

    Tems is set to perform at the maiden FIFA Club World Cup final halftime show.

    In a statement, Global Citizen, the show’s producer, said the show will take place at MetLife Stadium in New York on July 13.

    The halftime show will be broadcast live and free to audiences worldwide via DAZN.com.

    Joining Tems on the star-studded lineup are Colombian singer J Balvin and American singer Doja Cat.

    Speaking about the event, Tems said the show will be a moment to celebrate football and the unifying power of music.

    The Grammy-winning Nigerian singer revealed her excitement to be part of a performance that supports children through the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund.

    “We’re going to bring the world together for a beautiful moment to celebrate football, feel the unity that music brings, and improve the lives of millions of children through the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund,” she said.

    “I can’t wait. See you at the FIFA Club World Cup final!”

    The statement also announced that the show aims to support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund.

    This initiative is being overseen by the FIFA president, Gianni Infantino, and the Global Citizen co-founder, Hugh Evans.

    It plans to raise $100 million to help children around the world access quality education and football.
