Ten women have filed sexual assault allegations against Canadian auto parts mogul Frank Stronach, according to court documents unsealed Friday.

The 91-year-old was arrested twice in recent weeks and faces 13 criminal charges, including attempted rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, and forcible imprisonment.

Both times, including Wednesday, Stronach was released the same day with conditions ahead of his first court appearance on July 8.

The court documents contain claims of attempted rape and assault dating back to June 1977 in Toronto.

Other victims accused him of rape or sexual assault in Toronto in 1980, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1990, and 1999, as well as from 1999 to 2003 in Aurora, Ontario, where his old employer, Magna International, is based.

The most recent sexual assaults are said to have occurred in April 2023 in Aurora, north of Toronto, and in February of this year in the nearby hamlet of Gormley.

The most recent sexual assaults are said to have occurred in April 2023 in Aurora, north of Toronto, and in February this year in the nearby town of Gormley.

Three women initially came forward with allegations, followed by seven more after police revealed the first round of charges in early June.

Stronach, through his lawyer Brian Greenspan, has stated that he “denies and will vigorously defend” himself against the unproven allegations in court.

The Austrian-born immigrant went from rags to riches, turning a small Canadian tool and die company into Magna International, one of the world’s leading automobile parts producers.

Stronach resigned leadership of the corporation at the age of 80 and returned to Austria to compete for public office, but he returned to Canada a few years later after losing support.
