Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen netted two goals, bringing his season tally to 14 when Galatasaray and Kasımpaşa played out a 3-3 draw on Sunday at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium.

Despite Osimhen’s brace, Kasımpaşa’s resilience ensured the game ended in parity in this six-goal spectacle in a thrilling Turkish Süper Lig clash.

This result maintains Galatasaray’s position at the top of the log, though their lead has been slightly reduced.
Kasımpaşa, in mid-table, will take encouragement from holding the league leaders to a draw.

Osimhen scored a penalty in the 12th minute to give the visiting team a first-half lead.

M.B. Ouanes equalized for the home team seven minutes into the second half, and J. Brekalo scored nine minutes later to put them ahead in the 61st.

Mario Lemina drew the visitors equal in the 69th minute, and Osimhen converted another penalty two minutes later.

However, five minutes into stoppage time, Hajradinovic scored to earn a draw for the home club.

In September 2024, the Nigerian forward scored his first brace for Galatasaray in a dramatic 3-3 tie at the same club’s RAMS Park in Istanbul.
