Paul Adefarasin, lead pastor of House on the Rock Church, allegedly shattered public bus windows following a collision with his vehicle in Lagos, witnesses disclosed.

The controversial incident that led to the shattering of public bus windows resulted in multiple injuries inflicted on the passengers.

Chronicle NG reports on how Nigerians reacted to the trend.

Ayoola Kelechi, who first raised an alarm over the controversial incident in an X-post, wrote, “Inside traffic, this bus hit Paul Adefarasin’s car, and your esteemed pastor and religious father got down from his car and smashed the window of the bus involved, injuring passengers in the bus and threatening the driver. An unmitigated disgrace. What an experience.”

Kelechi added that “he had left before pictures were taken. There’s a picture of his PA/security detail, but it wouldn’t be fair to post his picture since he was the only one who treated people with some dignity, stopping Man of God from further assaulting the driver and refusing to arrest him as ordered.”.

Samuel asked, “Is there a picture of him before, during, or after the altercation?”

He added, “Sounds plausible, but you will have to forgive my native scepticism at this explanation. I’m sure you too will find it hard to believe that a well-known Nigerian, talk less an extremely popular man of God, would act as a fool in public and not even one picture was taken.”.

“This idiotic Peter Obi supporter just posted pictures of an accident scene to allege that Pastor Paul smashed the window of a Danfo bus and hit his car from behind, injuring passengers onboard. Not even a single picture of Pastor Paul on the scene, but look at the way they are insulting the man over what he may not have done.

All these lies because he did not support their  messiah, Theo Abu disagreed.

“The story is indeed sad, but where’s a picture or video of Paul Adefarasin committing the act? Even if it’s a picture of his car on the scene, An accusation like this should come with proof so people can have knowledge of what really happened and who did it. Before jumping to a conclusion, Daniel Regha reacted.”.

Okezie Atani, in similar thought, said, “There are no pictures or videos of Pastor Paul Adefarasin or any of his aides at the scene. Logical thinking should have told you that his aides will step out first before he does and calm the situation. He added that Adefarasin goes in a convoy of 3 or 4 cars (if I’m correct). How can a bus enter the convoy and bash his own car, then come out to smash the glass of the bus?”?

“I understand we do not like Pastor Paul Adefarasin, but he is human. We, as humans, do lose our temper sometimes. I will criticize based on his follow-up action. If he can’t humbly apologise to everyone involved and the general public, we are all humans with flesh and blood, Everest posted.”

This controversial incident has left both users of social media who are in support and against The Experience chief host dumbfounded.

The lead pastor of House on the Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin was yet to react to these allegations at the time of this publication.
