Nigerian activist and former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has been described as one with a “spiritual problem.”
In a statement on X on Sunday, an X user simply identified as Zuminwa (@Zuminwa) called for the caging of the social media influencer, alleging that he “uses social media to hunt and disturb” people.
Zuminwa’s comment comes on the heels of a statement by Omokri calling for social media regulation in Nigeria.
Chronicle NG reports that the former presidential aide urged the federal government to regulate social media, noting that it spreads moral decadence among the youth.
Reacting to his call for the regulation of social media, Zuminwa states, “Is that why you are using social media to hunt and disturb someone else? You need to be caged. You have a spiritual problem.”
