The Department of state services has deployed agents around the premises of the Federal High Court, Maitama, Abuja, where the trial of IPOB’s leader, Nnamdi Kanu is to be held.
According to Daily post, masked armed operatives were seen at the entrance of the court as well as road blocks preventing human and vehicular movement in the area.
Nnamdi Kanu faces charges of treason, terrorism, treasonable felony, and other related crimes.
The trial is to be held on Moday, July 26, 2021.
