The facility upgrade contract for the Ikoyi Golf Club has been successfully completed by Julius Berger Lagos Facility Works, the Lagos-based operational division of the wider Julius Berger Facility Management Works.

The ultra-modern facility, which was recently finished and given to the club, includes everything needed to accommodate all of the club’s activities, including a working irrigation system for the use of water.

Chairman of the prestigious Ikoyi Golf Club 1938 of Lagos, Mr Ademola Mumuni, lauded the facility upgrade executed by Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, saying that “for a Golf club to exist, you have to have a functional water irrigation system, the type Julius Berger has masterfully delivered for this Club. We thank you, Julius Berger for the excellent job.”

Mumuni added, “Julius Berger Nigeria has the professionals to execute the project, and typically, they have delivered on the contract and also in record time,” at the official commissioning and delivery of the refurbished facility to the Club.

He added that since the project’s ground-breaking ceremony last year, club members have been quite impressed with the pace of the works because they expected the Julius Berger standard and its high quality to be delivered, which it has in fact been.
