A Lagos Magistrate Court sitting in Yaba area of the State, granted bail in the sum of N20m to singer Azeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, popularly known as Sam Larry.
Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and two others were o October 6 charged and remanded in connection with the killing of a singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, commonly known as Mohbad.
Adeola Olatunbosun, the magistrate, ordered the defendants to relinquish their passports and to report regularly to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti.
“As part of the bail conditions, the defendants are to surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department,” Olatunbosun ruled.
She also warned that no one should contact her directly on the case.
“Any attempts to contact me directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings,” she added.
