Popular comedian and skitmaker Mark Angel has been accused of cheating his colleague Emmanuella and his former business partner Denilson Igwe.

Igwe, while speaking on OAP Nedu’s Honest Bunch podcast on Saturday, stated that the comedian was paying comic skitmaker Emmanuella N20,000 despite making over $160,000 monthly.

Igwe mentioned that though he was the one who started Mark Angel Comedy, he did not earn from their earnings on Facebook, from which Mark Angel bought himself a car in 2014.

He mentioned that he worked for the skitmaking team without earning until 2016, when the skitmaker gave him N50,000.

When asked why he kept silent about his allegations until now, Igwe said, “I was scared because he will just finish you. People say if you talk about him, you will die.”

“Me, I am an orphan. He can not kill me.”

He alleged that whoever has a problem with the skitmaker dies mysteriously.

“How it will happen, nobody knows. It is either you will die or get involved in an accident,” Igwe stated.

Mark Angel is best known for the Mark Angel Comedy series on YouTube, often featuring child comedians such as his cousin, Emanuella Samuel, his niece, and her cousin “Aunty” Success Madubuike.

The comedian’s YouTube channel was the first African comedy channel to reach one million subscribers.
