    Lagos lawmaker Hon. Sobur Olayiwola Olawale popularly known as Omititi has slumped and died at a political rally in northern, Nigeria.

    The lawmaker who is representing Mushin Constituency II at the Lagos State House of Assembly was among the politicians, who stormed Jos, Plateau State capital, for the kick-off of Bola Tinubu’s presidential campaign on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

    Omititi reportedly slumped during the heavily attended rally and was declared dead moments later.

    According to the profile of Omititi on the website of Lagos State House of Assembly, he is a builder and property developer by profession.

    Born 12 March, 1964, he attended St. Peters School, Ake, Abeokuta, Ogun State before proceeding to NUD Grammar School, Obantoko, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

    His pursued higher education at Tai Solarin College of Education, Ijebu-Ode and Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos.

    Omititi was special assistant to former Governor Bola Tinubu on Transportation General Secretary, Ward G2 (Now B) Papa Ajao.
