    Glo dazzles at Shell Cooperative expo in Lagos

    Globacom has showcased its rich bouquet of products and services to visitors at the just concluded Shell Staff Cooperative Investment and Thrift Society Limited (COOPLAG) Trade Expo.

    For the second consecutive year, Globacom was the official telecommunications partner of the trade expo, which was held at the Shell Car Park, Marina.

    The centrally located booth of the operator was a cynosure of all eyes as it was manned by smartly dressed professional ladies and gentlemen who provided support for Glo customers with service issues or queries. The booth also showcased a selection of smartphones from some of the world’s best phone manufacturers.

    In his speech at the opening ceremony, Shell COOPLAG President, Mr. Akinrotimi Akintomide, expressed appreciation to Globacom and other exhibitors who supported the cooperative to successfully organise the expo.

    He said the idea of the exhibition was to avail Shell COOPLAG members and other categories of visitors the opportunity to get quality products and services from manufacturers and vendors at competitive rates.

    Speaking on the sidelines of the exhibition, Head of Oil and Gas, Enterprise Business, Globacom, Mr. Adekunle Adeleke, said the company was delighted to support the exhibition.

    He said the operator seized the occasion of the exhibition to interact with its teeming subscribers and also extended the message of its ongoing Recharge and Win Big promo (My Own Don Beta) to more Nigerians.

    The trade expo was rounded off on Friday.
