    El-Rufai, Wike, Umahi make list as Senate unveils Tinubu’s Ministerial list

    Immediate past Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai and his colleagues from Rivers and Ebonyi, Nyesom Wike, and David Umahi, have made the list of ministerial nominees.

    Chronicle NG gathered that the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, submitted the list to the Senate on Thursday afternoon.

    The list is coming two days before the expiration of the 60-day deadline as stipulated by the 1999 Constitution as amended.

    Also on the list are a popular Economist and special adviser to the President on Monetary Matters, Olawale Edun; a former Deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Adebayo Adelabu; and the women’s leader of the All Progressives Congress, Betta Edu.

    Others who made the President’s cabinet are Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), former Cross River governor Ben Ayade, his colleague from Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola, the President’s Special Adviser on Media, Strategy, and Special Duties, Dele Alake, and Ali Pate, former Minister of Health under Goodluck Jonathan who recently rejected an international job.

    The full list of the nominees sent by the President is as follows:
