The All Progressives Congress (APC) has described as insensitive and unacceptable the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for its criticism of President Bola Tinubu regarding the state burial of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

Reno Omokri, the former aide to ex-president Goodluck, has chided former President Muhammadu Buhari, calling him a “hopelessly aimless leader.”

Omokri, in a statement on his verified X page on Thursday, berated the former Nigerian leader for allegedly ruining Nigeria politically and economically.

Stating that the former Nigerian leader ordered the printing of money “illegally,” Omokri disclosed that he had a “Midas touch in reverse,” where everything he touches dies.

Arguing that before his emergency as president, Nigeria was buoyant. However, Omokri argued that the ex-president impoverished Nigeria.

He also noted that it was his aimless form of leadership that made the ex-US president, Donald Trump, describe him as “lifeless.”

Furthermore, Omokri argued that the Daura-born politician was the worst calamity to befall Nigeria. Noting that he is worse than the British colonization of Nigeria.

Omokri’s statement reads, “The worst thing that ever befell Nigeria is Buhari.

“Buhari was worse than colonialism. The fellow just gave us hopelessly aimless leadership for eight years.

“He borrowed more money than Balewa, Ironsi, Gowon, Murtala, Obasanjo, Shagari, Babangida, Shonekan, Abacha, Abdulsalami, Yar’adua, and Jonathan combined.

“Please try to understand me. When you combine what every past leader before Buhari borrowed and add it all up, it is not up to what Buhari borrowed.

“After borrowing and sorrowing, the same Buhari began to print the naira erratically and illegally.

“There is a condition known as a negative human spirit (NHS). Often, those it affects are not conscious of it.  has it.

“When he became president, Nigeria was buoyant, and Buhari was poor. Today, the reverse is the case.”

He added that today, it is the former Nigerian leader “that is now financially buoyant, while Nigeria is poor. I pray that, as a nation, we get healed from Buhari‘s NHS.”

He also noted that he “has the Midas Touch in reverse. Everything he touches dies. No wonder Trump called him lifeless.”
