Operatives of the Nigeria Police stationed at the Eagles Square in Abuja have dispersed protesters with canisters and pepper spray. A suspected Boko Haram suicide bomber detonated a device in a marketplace in Kauri, a rural village in the Konduga region of Borno State, North East Nigeria.  The bombing occurred at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, in the market area, which is open every night and is normally crowded, according to the Daily Trust.
