A Rivers State High Court in Port Harcourt has ordered the seats of 25 members who defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) void pending the outcome of a matter before it. The court also ordered the Rt. Hon. The Anambra State Police Command claimed it detained a suspect who was imposing an “illegal” sit-at-home beside the Oba flyover in the Idemili South Local Government Area of the state.  According to a statement issued on Thursday by state police spokesman SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the suspect was part of a band of four armed men regrouping to enforce the Indigenous People of Biafra’s sit-at-home order made on May 30.
