Officers of the Lagos State Police Command’s Rapid Response Squad, during a patrol on the Gbagada-Oshodi Motorway on Wednesday, apprehended a hard drug dealer. Victor Aghalise, 27, who was distributing a substance thought to be Arizona to motorists, was arrested by the command’s operatives. The Kaduna State Police Command confirmed the gruesome death of a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member, Grace Chalya Silas, by unidentified assailants in the state on Thursday. No fewer than five people have been killed by gunmen in Ayilamo, a village in Logo Local Government of Benue State.
