Lisha Dachor, 19, a Nigerian nail painter from Plateau State, has completed her effort to create a new Guinness World Record for the longest nail painting marathon by an individual. The Federal Government has authorised Deposit Money Banks to immediately begin deducting the 0.375 percent stamp duty levy on all mortgage-backed loans and bonds. Mortgage-backed loans are loans made by financial institutions to individuals or companies to purchase a property and repay the loan over time with interest, whereas bonds are debt instruments issued by governments, municipalities, corporations, or other entities to obtain cash.
